Portfolio dashboard
Manage the projects displayed on your public portfolio. Your changes are saved directly to your GitHub repository. No dedicated backend is required.
1. Connect your repository
Enter your repository details and a GitHub fine-grained personal access token with Contents: Read and write permission for this repository. The token is kept in this browser tab only and is never added to your website files.
Use a private browser session on shared computers. The admin page is publicly reachable, but only the holder of a permitted GitHub token can make changes. Do not put confidential engineering files in a public repository.
New project
Do not upload employer/client drawings, calculations, or confidential site documents unless you are authorized to share them publicly. Public GitHub history may retain deleted files.
How this works
- Save a project and the dashboard commits updates to
data/projects.jsonin your GitHub repository. - Uploaded files are stored under
assets/uploads/in that same repository. - If your hosting is connected to GitHub, the site redeploys automatically and publishes your latest changes.
- To update your CV, replace
assets/Raja_Shekar_Yellala_Resume.pdfin GitHub.
GitHub files and repository history are public if the repository is public. For large or sensitive files, use a separately managed private storage solution and share only permitted public links.
